Vision Statement

"We have a GREAT Vision here at Soul’d Out Christian Center!"

There are ways for you to participate in the spreading of the Gospel and the training up of the saints! You can partner with us in
prayer, support with your God given gifts, talent, skills and also partner with us financially in any way and in any amount. No offering
is too small or too large for what we want to do. It is our desire to reach the lost as aggressively as possible which our vision states;
“WIN THE LOST TO THE LORD, TRAIN AND DISCIPLE THEM TO DO THE SAME!”

We ask that you get involved with us to aggressively fulfill God’s purpose for our lives here on earth, and to effectively do this, we will
need your financial support. If God has blessed you financially, would you consider helping us to establish God and His kingdom here
on this earth by giving back to His Kingdom part of what He has blessed you with? This would greatly help us reach the world as
recording in Matthew 28.

Here are the things we would like to accomplish in 2009!

1. Expand our operation by building churches in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kent, Washington and Castroville, California and
then throughout our nation and then to the utter most parts of the world.

2. To help in the transformation of the human mind (thinking) to God’s ways of doing things. It has been an exciting challenge to
stand before His people and teach them His ways, but most of all see the actual transformation take place. Too many times we were
seeing talent take our people to the top, but lack of character brings them right back down. So now God’s people are beginning to
understand that it’s not so much what they accomplish, but what they overcome!

3. Expand our ministry in all facets; Bible schools, classes, books, CDs, DVDs, World Wide coverage, Television ministries for a
greater impact of and exposure. We are excited about being under the mentorship of Dr. Phillip G. Goudeaux who has the expertise
and team of professionals to help teach and prepare us for the next level in the hi-tech age.

4. We want to be debt-free on previous debts, existing ministry facility debts and be totally debt free with all facilities being paid off in

5. Our ministry in Castroville, California just recently purchased their 700+ seat sanctuary to the glory of God! SOCC headquarters in
San Francisco are in the planning stage of building a 5000-10,000 seating capacity sanctuary in the Bay Area. A fully loaded facility
that will cost $5 Million+ that will facilitate all aspect of ministry from Day Care centers to Mega ministry of different ministries and
outlets. Help us reach the lost with these large projects (SF, Kent and Castroville). If you can, pay for these projects in full and help
us get this project done.

6. This year our annual “Vision Conference” will be sponsored by Soul’d Out Christian Center in Castroville, California as we promote
the new location of our facilities in Castroville, CA. You can also help us do it right and inform the world about what we are doing

7. Help us minister to pastors that are hungry for the teaching we give. I believe that there is a paradigm shift in the mission fields. I
don’t believe the mission fields are in the third world countries anymore. The mission fields are right here in our very own United
States of America soil. Help us go around our nation and minister to pastors in every City and State of this great nation of America.
There’s a huge need of “In-reach” first before we can ever effectively “Out-reach” again. SOCC have the capability, willing heart and
desire to see America come back to God. Help us with the resources needed to go and “Win the lost to the Lord, train and disciple
them to do the same…”.

Can you help in part or in full with this vision? Use the ability that you have in your hand! Jesus said that if you can be trusted with
unrighteous wealth (the monetary system of this day and age) then you can be trusted with true riches. Become a part of the body of
