Question: I have heard you speak about your heritage in the ministry. What is that heritage? Answer: There are actually several ministers in my family. My father Founders/Pastors/President of the First Samoan Full Gospel Pentecostal Church Inc. founded back in 1962. My uncle Rev. Vainu’u and Faliu Toeaina are Elders of a sister branch of the same organization in Honolulu, Hawaii. My relatives Rev. Pati Vaeao who took over after the passing of my father is now the President of F.S.F.G.P.C in American Samoa. The late Rev. Taufuasia and Ina Tilo Founders of Voice of Christ. My My wife’s Grandfather the late Rev. Sesepasara Founder and Pastor of one of the first Assemblies Of God in Pago Pago American Samoa. My brother and his wife Rev. Albert and Ramona Toeaina are Pastors in Afonotele, American Samoa. And a host of cousins that are pasturing around the world. Their backgrounds ranged from UCC, Congregational Samoan Church, Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostals, Full Gospel to Assemblies of God. However, most of the men eventually came into the Full Gospel Movement and became ministers in the F.S.F.G.P.C. Inc, Headquartered out of San Francisco, California. |
| Question: Why did you name your ministry, "Soul’d Out Christian Center?" Answer: are sold out for Jesus! And because our choir is a hot commodity around the Bay Area, we were more known as are sold out for Jesus! | Question: You now have established a ministry that has great potential to reach the masses of people from around the world. How was this outreach ministry birthed and what impact do you see it having on men and women, globally? Answer: I began a Youth Outreach Ministry and many other ministries that included a monthly newsletters, cassette Over the years we have sharpened the outreach and today it is headed the direction of World Missions Over the years we have sharpened the outreach and today it is headed the direction of World Missions Outreaches, etc. Outreaches, etc.

Our website will have the potential to win countless numbers of souls to Christ and be blessed through the outreach. |
| Government of 12 Congregation We are a G12 Congregation extending our invitation to train and coach you to be part of our G12 Team. The Government of 12 programs is a model for discipleship in the modern church. The roots of G12 are bible-based and replicate the model that Jesus used to recruit and train his 12 disciples. The program features four critical steps for full spiritual development and progression into discipleship: 1. Win Carry out the Great Commission to evangelize unbelievers 2. Consolidate Strengthen the faith of new believers and help them with their first steps into Christian living 3. Disciple Spiritual training on the constructs of the Christian Faith and providing the tools that prepare new believers to be a witness for Christ 4. Send This is final phase for the G12 discipleship program. Now that participants have been fully trained they are launched into the community to win and encourage others to follow Christ. |
| Question: Speaking of Partners, do you have a Partner Outreach? Answer: Yes we do. Partner's are those who support us each month as the Lord blesses them and in return we provide our partners with a monthly Partner's package with literatures, updates, testimonies and a CD of the month. Upon completing the construction of our website, we will have a special password that only partners receive and they can go on line and receive information that is only available to ministry partners. I also send a CD of the month or two cassette tapes with a message just for partners. Without dedicated partners, we would be limited to our outreach possibilities. |
